OUR SHOW BRANDS

Our shows - called Show Brands - offer Tier Levels and give us a call to see how we can bring a Show Brand to your public venue, private function, corporate event, fundraiser, or retirement community! All of our shows and entertainers are contracted with included event insurance  though our Florida LLC, Vocal4Media.

 THE SPOTLIGHT DINNER THEATRE  is a Premiere Event Production entity created by VOCAL4MEDIA. Our shows bring together a team of Elite Professionals in their respective fields who envision and execute both virtual and live events.

    Whether you own a venue or restaurant/bar, handle the activities for a VFW or retirement community, or need entertainment for your next charity event, The Spotlight Dinner Theatre offers the Creative Arts you need to bring your vision to life!


    We bring the right caterer, decorator, entertainment, and anything else you need! From a chocolate fountain to an ice sculpture to elaborate balloon decor, we fit both your theme and your budget.

    OUR SHOW BRAND TIER LEVELS

    TIER ONE LEVEL: 90-minute EXTRAVAGANZA SHOW - starting at $30 per person with a minimum of 100 people (Add FULL-SERVICE CATERING starting at only $30 per person)

    Entertainment includes Full-Scale Theatrical Show Brand with some, or all, of the following: full tech crew, costume changes, props, performers, live musicians, and specialty acts.

    • We supply décor and/or giveaways.
    • We also provide printed and social media promotional tools to assist in the promotion of your event.
    • Optional catered meal (buffet or sit down), includes tableware and non-alcoholic beverages. 
    • ALL of the work on the day of the event, including set-up, break down, clean–up. 
    • Plus, our Hospitality Team, crew, and caterers respectfully assist in serving your audience! 

    Please note that the venue must have a stage and dressing room quarters.

    (Our Comedy Shows at this tier level start at $1500.00.)

    TIER TWO LEVEL: 75-MINUTE EXTRAVAGANZA SHOW starting at $25 per person with a minimum of 100 people (Add LIGHT REFRESHMENTS starting at only $15 per person)

     Entertainment includes Full-Scale Theatrical Show Brand with some, or all, of the following: full tech crew, costume changes, props, performers, live musicians, and specialty acts.

    • We supply décor and/or giveaways.
    • We also provide printed and social media promotional tools to assist in the promotion of your event.
    • Light refreshments (appetizers or dessert), includes tableware and non-alcoholic beverages. 
    • ALL of the work on the day of the event, including set-up, break down, clean–up. 
    • Plus, our Hospitality Team and crew respectfully assist in serving your audience! 

    Please note that the venue must have a stage and dressing room quarters.

    (Our Comedy Shows at this tier level start at $1000.00.)

    TIER THREE LEVEL: 60-minute MINI-THEATRICAL EXPERIENCE - $800 and up

     Entertainment includes Small-Scale Theatrical Show Brand with a minimum of TWO performers. (Options may include any of the following: tech crew, costume changes, props, performers, live musicians, and specialty acts.)

    • We can supply some décor and/or giveaways.
    • We also provide printed and social media promotional tools to assist in the promotion of your event.

    Please note that the venue must have a stage area and room for changing costumes.

    (Our Comedy Shows at this tier level start at $600.00.)

    TIER FOUR LEVEL: SPECIALTY ACT ENGAGEMENTS - $350 and up

    We handles the following details for these forms of entertainment:
     

    • The length of event time is TBD for each type of Tier Four Brand Show.
    • Any style of Solo or Duo Performer Entertainment (Happy Hour, acoustic/tracks, background music, magician, comic, specialty act, et cetera)
    • Trivia/TriVingo/Bingo, or other Game Show 
    • Karaoke with KathySings4u (Other KJ Hosts available)
    • DJ
    • Live Band
    • We supply limited décor and/or giveaways.
    • We also provide printed and social media promotional tools to assist in the promotion of your event. 

    Please note that the venue must have a stage area and room for changing costumes. 

    (Our Comedy Shows at this tier level start at $400.00.)

    We Offer four payment options for your event:

    Flat Fee - PERFECT FOR A VENUE.

    Flat Fee - PERFECT FOR A VENUE.

    • Pay us a flat rate for just the entertainment.
    • You keep all of the food and bar sales, plus any remaining profit from ticket sales, if applicable.
    • A $500 non-refundable deposit is required upon the signing of the contract to secure the date.
    • 50% is due 30 days prior to the event.
    • The remaining balance is due 5 business days prior to the event by wire transfer, Zelle, or company check.  Credit card payments incur a 3% handling fee.

    Revenue Share - ticket sales.

    • You pay us a negotiated percentage of ticket sales.
    • You keep all  of the food and bar sales.
    • A $500 non-refundable deposit is required upon the signing of the contract to secure the date.
    • 50% is due 30 days prior to the event.
    • The remaining estimated balance is due 5 business days prior to the event by wire transfer, Zelle, or company check.  Credit card payments incur a 3% handling fee.
    • Any remaining portion of sales revenue are due no more than 5 business days following the event.

    • Customized partnerships for your event.
    • A $500 non-refundable deposit is required upon the signing of the contract to secure the date.

    • Any remaining portion of sales revenue are due no more than 5 business days following the event.

    • Add sponsors that fit your theme and are targeted to your audience demographic.
    • This additional revenue stream can be used to defray the costs of the event, or you can add "extras" to make it even better!
    • Sponsors are marketed as follows: Prior to the event through social media platforms, printed promo, and/or audio/video commercials. At the event, we use "The Power of Advertainment" through show sponsored content and product placement, printed promo, audio/video commercials and interactive themed vendor booths. 
    • We find the sponsors, write the contracts, and collect the money. You just provide the demographic for us to promote their products and services in a creative format with jazzed-up flair.
    • This option usually requires a two to four month advance booking date to secure sponsorships for your location and demographic.

    Frequently Asked Questions ABOUT booking our events

    Please email us at info@Vocal4Media.com or text or call us at 813.786.2011 if you cannot find an answer to your question.

    It is recommended that our events are booked  a minimum of three months to allow ample time for promotion and marketing.


    • Coordinate with our Team and we will find the right day and time for your audience.
    • If we are traveling for your event, we prefer to do  two nights of shows with different themes, or two nights of the same show if you have a smaller venue. 
    • We often book multiple shows located within 75 to 100 miles of each other. This will not impact the ticket sales for either event and allows us to condense our travel expenses. You may even know of a venue that may be interested in booking the same weekend!


    • We can help. We have an award-winning Caterers who can work with you to help you find the right menu and handle the details.
    • Whether you want a Tea Party, Themed Dinner, Charcuterie Boards, Sunday Brunch, or a Dessert Party, we can help with everything from the menu to the tableware and centerpieces.

    • Social Media:  Included in our marketing budget for all of our shows, we provide artwork scaled properly for each social media platform, including but not limited to, Facebook event cover, Facebook shared image, Instagram post image, Twitter image, LinkedIn image, PLUS we provide a 60-second sizzle reel (promo online video) - You can also use these on your in-house TV screens! We also  create a Facebook event and add your venue and marketing person as a co-host! Of course, we will share the event on all of our platforms as well.
    • Online Calendars and Press Releases: We will work with your marketing team to make sure your event is promoted to local media outlets and online calendars and Facebook groups. Our performers are always available for interviews prior to and on the day of the event.
    • Street Team Promotion: We include printed materials in our marketing package and we can offer additional items with our Preferred Client discounted pricing. We will assist you in reaching out to local chambers, civic groups, and community organizations to create group discount rates.
    • Email: We can create the graphics and provide the content for your email blasts!
    • Professionally Printed Promo Materials:  Included in our marketing budget for our Tier One and Two Level Shows, we create, print, and deliver 8 letter size posters, and  4 11x17 posters. Tier Three and Four Level Shows receive 1000 business cards, 4 letter size posters, and two 11x17 posters. If desired, 1000 postcards, rack cards, table tents, banners, and additional printed promo materials are available at Preferred Client discount pricing.
    • TV/Radio: We can also provide a 30-second and/or 60-second professionally formatted commercials for your local media marketing campaigns. You can also use this video on your in-house TV screens! (A nominal fee of $75 is charged for this promotional item.)


    • We work with On The Stage and can provide analytics and detailed accounting for shared ticketing revenue.
    • We will help you with the graphics and content for your production.


    • Yes! This is our specialty!
    • We can coordinate the event with the non-profit board members and your team so that the money is transparent and so that everyone has the right marketing tools!


    • We will work with you on this aspect of the event. 
    • The client is responsible for providing a meal for our performers and tech crew on the night of the event. 
    • Generally, we build our other travel costs into our budget, or work with local lodging as sponsors.
    • We often book multiple shows located within 75 to 100 miles of each other. This will not impact the ticket sales for either event and allows us to condense our travel expenses. You may even know of a venue that may be interested in booking the same weekend!


    • All of our Show Brands  offer professional quality lighting and sound with a top-notch tech crew.
    • Our Logistics Team can also coordinate our specs with your in-house tech.


    • We require a minimum of 3-4 hours for load-in and set-up for larger events (1-2 hours for smaller events), plus a minimum of 1 hour for rehearsal/sound check. 
    • This MUST be completed at least one hour prior to the doors being opened for your guests. 
    • Every venue is different and we want our event to be the best that it can be for you and your audience!
